Client Management Reporting System

The Client Management Reporting System (CMRS) is an integrated global regulatory reporting hub for financial services and energy-trading firms that enables firms to get a single view of all trades and transactions.

Client Management Reporting System

CMRS supports adherence to global reporting regulations established by central banks and governing bodies in the wake of the Financial Markets crisis of 2008: European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and Bank of Israel (BOI).

It also supports compliance with important European Union legislative regulations like the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and can be extended to support new regulations and new reporting destinations and engine provides self, delegated, third-party reporting and, to guarantee the validity of financial information, with reconciliation.

Person managing clients

CMRS connects to any Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM) or Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) to ensure procedural transparency and clear compliance with the law. Businesses have the flexibility to switch to new ARMs or APAs with either minimal or no financial impact.  To accelerate the implementation of plans or policies, CMRS has preconfigured rules. There’s also clear traceability so auditors can track a business transaction back to the original documents to verify their inclusion in financial statements.

When companies choose CMRS they are not just choosing a product off the shelf, they are choosing Publicis Sapient’s expertise that will enable them to execute quickly. Publicis Sapient uses CMRS as an accelerator to allow companies to get to where they need to be fast and provides advice on the target operating model.
